Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, refunds will be processed and you may place a new order separately.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
