Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number via email.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Late or Failed Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests received after the order has been shipped will not be accepted. In such cases, the order will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
